PRINTABLE MEDIA FOR VARIABLE DATA AND OFFSET APPLICATIONS

Newlife Magnetics revolutionary new pre-magnetized magnet media allows our customers to use their Indigo, Dry Toner, and Offset presses to easily create beautiful photo quality magnetic graphics. Newlife PressMag allows you to load, print, stack, jog, and cut pre-magnetized sheets without issue. The photo quality PP print surface is coated for Indigo and has been proven to run on most Indigo presses. It has also been successfully printed on many dry toner and offset presses. Newlife PressMag is PVC free and can be recycled for waste to energy.

Newlife Print-Mag PVC magnet has a matte white PVC print surface for direct digital printing. Print-Mag PVC is compatible with Solvent and UV printers for roll to roll, flatbed, and screen printing. Available in 10,12,15,20 and 30mil thicknesses. Print-Mag PVC is available up to 50” wide which makes it the widest PVC printable magnet in the world. We stock 50F and 200F lengths of many of our popular sizes. We can convert our rolls, upon request, into custom sheets for our UV flatbed and screen printing customers at our US facility. Also available in gloss white PVC in 30mil thickness.

Newlife Print-Mag High Energy PET magnet is our Anisotropic (High Energy) magnet with matte white PET print surface for direct digital printing on UV and Latex printers. Our 20mil Print-Mag HE PET magnet allows you to have a stronger holding force than standard energy 30mil magnet, which is the most common choice for car signs. Printers can use our 20mil Print-Mag HE PET which will reduce weight by 33% and it will also have a lower profile on the vehicle and yet it is stronger than standard 30mil magnet material.  Print-Mag High Energy PET magnet is available in 40” and 48” wide rolls. We can convert our rolls, upon request, into custom sheets for our UV flatbed and screen printing customers at our US facility.

Newlife Printmag Ultrawide magnet is the world’s widest printable magnet media. It has a high quality matte white PET print surface that can be printed using Solvent, UV, or Latex printers. The PET print surface has an excellent white point for easy color matching. It is available in 12, 15, and 20 mil thicknesses and widths of 54” and 60”. It is PVC free so it can be recycled for waste to energy programs. Print-Mag Ultrawide magnet works great on HP 360, HP 570, and HP R2000 printers. You can use all three thicknesses on the HP Latex series printers without any concerns.
